Investigate Wizard101’s past in Ravenwood Academy’s new Steam Next Fest demo

Strange incidents are disrupting classes in Ravenwood Academy: A Wizard101 Story, an upcoming single-player, storybook-style life sim set before the events of the Wizard101 MMO.

KingsIsle Entertainment’s new demo is available now on Steam for Steam Next Fest, running October 19–26. It offers two investigations and approximately 30–45 minutes of gameplay.

As a transfer student from Dragonspyre, players search for clues, interview witnesses, and piece together evidence to uncover what’s happening around campus.

The demo also introduces some of the key characters they’ll meet along the way, including Wizard101 professors Dalia Falmea and Halston Balestrom.

In addition, players can discover new scenes, characters, and investigations, including one mystery revolving around damage that has mysteriously befallen the school overnight.

In the full game, gathering evidence is only part of student life. Between investigations, players will build friendships, meet familiar faces, and discover untold backstories from the world of Wizard101.
